Architecture and property development in Tierra del Fuego

We have offices in Ushuaia and Río Grande and mobilise to project sites throughout the island of Tierra del Fuego.

At Corporación Costa Sur, we combine architecture, engineering and construction in residential and commercial developments in Ushuaia. We develop building layouts in response to the terrain and coordinate the technical details needed for construction.

Edificio Alem, Los Lirios and Sánchez de Caballero reflect this approach. These developments involve Costa Sur and Ángel Masciotra S.A., combining the design of homes and shared spaces with architectural, structural and building services documentation.

Design informed by construction

Architectural design depends on both spatial planning and construction details. Staircases, home layouts and façades must be coordinated with the structure, building services and ground levels.

Our work includes drawings, details and quantity take-offs, together with coordination between disciplines. Visualisations communicate the design and help clients explore interiors, materials and shared spaces.

Three developments, three architectural approaches

Edificio Alem

Located on Avenida Alem, this development combines homes and commercial premises. Its design brings together balconies, entrances and interiors, with particular attention to layouts and finishes. The lobby, living spaces and fittings show how the architecture supports everyday use.

Edificio Los Lirios

The plot fronts both Avenida Alem and Lirios de los Valles, creating a challenge in levels and access. Homes, commercial spaces and circulation routes are arranged to respond to the slope. The design connects the site conditions with the building programme and interior layout.

Edificio Sánchez de Caballero

Costa Sur participates as contractor and developer in this residential apartment development. The design brings together balconies, interiors and shared spaces, supported by architectural, structural and building services documentation. Drawings and digital models connect design decisions with construction details.
